The native bee breed "Dark Bees" is the oldest species in Switzerland. It has adapted well to the harsh climate of the mountains and is considered to be very robust. Beekeeper Stefan Manser has been working with these bees for many decades and provides us with a wonderfully creamy, bright yellow and aromatic gourmet honey.
Origin: Linthal, Glarus/Switzerland.
